SINGLE CASK BOTTLING
Single Cask Bottling, Tailored to You
Single cask bottling is at the heart of what we do. We specialise in the bespoke bottling of premium spirits, from fine Scotch whisky to single distillery rums and other spirits, for both trade and private clients around the world. Whether it’s a hand-filled and hand-labelled bottles ultra-rare malt or a personal cask, our experienced team ensures every drop is handled with the care it deserves.

While single cask bottlings are a particular forte, we are equally well-equipped to manage medium and large-scale runs across all spirit categories. From 5cl miniatures to 4.5 litre bottles, we work with a wide variety of shapes and sizes, and can accommodate even the most complex requests.

Our bottling lines range from fully manual setups for ultra-premium, hand-filled and hand-labelled bottles, through to high-speed automated systems for larger-scale production, offering true flexibility without compromising on quality.
Access to Rare Casks
With over 35 years in the industry, David Harris, through decades of building trusted relationships and industry reach, has developed exclusive access to an exceptional range of casks, not available on the open market, from new make spirit to mature single malts and rums.
Our extensive customer network frequently requests us to trade casks on their behalf, giving you the opportunity to explore and acquire rare and unusual whiskies and rums.​

Reracking and Blending Expertise
We regularly undertake reracking projects, transferring spirit from one cask to another to help customers create a unique finish or flavour profile. Whether you're looking to introduce a sherry, port, or exotic wine influence, our team will manage the process with care and precision.

Our in-house blending team also handles whisky, rum and other spirits blending at both small and large scales. We can blend a few hundred litres in IBCs or up to 30,000 litres in our vatting tanks, always working closely with you to preserve the character and balance you're aiming for, assisting you in your Spirits Journey.
Bulk Spirits, Cask Filling and Cask Sourcing Services
We support cask filling from both IBCs (1,000 litres) and tankers (up to 30,000 litres), providing flexibility for all types of operations, from independent bottlers to large-scale producers.
If you require specific cask types for filling, our network allows us to source a wide range of wood styles, helping you achieve the maturation profile you're after.
Regauging, Sampling and Laboratory Testing
As your spirit matures, it’s natural to want to track its progress. Our dedicated Spirit Team provides full sampling and testing services, ensuring you stay informed throughout your cask’s life.

We measure spirit ABV using our Anton Paar DMA 5,000 equipped with an Alcolyzer, delivering high-precision readings and repeatability. Samples can be provided as required, giving you peace of mind and the ability to monitor your product at every stage.
Focused Efficiency
We pride ourselves on delivering a seamless, customer-focused service. Bottling lead times typically range from two to six weeks after receipt of all dry goods, depending on the complexity of your project. Our team works closely with you at every step to ensure your vision is fully realised and that all requirements are met with care and attention to detail.

We provide our expertise to bottle, label, and add the finishing touches to your products.

We package your product up and get it ready for shipping to anywhere in the world or for storage in our safe secure warehouses.

We handle your goods with the greatest of care and keep you updated every step of the way. Our bonded warehouses are authorised by HMRC, and we are one of Scotland’s most experienced, capable and securest facilities. Strict safety and quality control procedures are our thing, so you can be sure your product is fully compliant with UK/EU regulations.
